How to Pace a Marathon Race

The best race is ever run in the history of distance running, we're run with a negative split. The big difference on race day that sometimes people get stuck or people struggle to deal with is the adrenaline. So if your pace is supposed to be seven minutes, quote unquote, try to run a seven 10. You should not be starting in 320 and then working your way toward 330 and ending in 340.
