I think for quite a few years I had this craving to get out there and do something on my own but didn't quite have a lot of the details or thought maybe I was mistaking that for having more freedom. So much of what you said was a lot of my fears. My interest in customer service or client experience is something that really rolls to the top. And so I think that we complement each other and it's something that we've been wanting to build together as well.

Starting your own business has become quite the buzz these days, but let's be real—it's not for everyone. Sometimes people confuse their desire for more freedom and flexibility with the need to become their own boss. However, there are certain folks and situations where starting a business could be the perfect career move. The question is, how do you know if entrepreneurship is the right move for your career?
