Stalin: Bukharan's group does not see the new class changes and does not understand the new tasks of the party. The majority of the Central Committee wants to haul him, i.e. Bukharan, over the coals. Stalin would then go on to argue against Bukharan’s views on a few topics,. including the idea that the Koolocks, or rural property owners, would grow into socialism eventually.
