To get something off your chest means to talk about a problem that you have. A miscommunication is just misunderstanding, which is based on sort of bad communication. As far as i'm aware means er as far as i know, basically, and i might be wrong. To whine, now, to whine again, means to complain. And the question will be, what do you think about men are from mars, women are from venus? Have you read it? Do you think it's true? What's your opinion on the whole subject? It is inspired by a book called “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus”, which is a very popular and successful guide to help men and women understand each other.
