Setting a Timer for 20 Minutes

Using a timer is the restriction that i found that it's short enough to make you feel like you still have gas in the tank. It's better to end feeling motivated than like, to burn out and give up. And spoiler alert, again, oftentimes once you get the ball rolling and you get started, you find yourself manifesting the motivation. You don't need the help of our working memory. If we have a built-in 20 its every day, that's an appointment that we keep no matter what done.
