I remember early on in my career there was this buzz that reimbursement was going to be tied to patient outcomes which can be tricky because outcomes are way out of sometimes the patients control even but definitely out of your control. It's so easy to fall into those traps where that's what you're measuring yourself by or like outcomes patient outcomes coaching outcomes. You kind of have to get burned a little bit maybe to to reorient yourself.
