When did you actually buy your first real estate? Like, do yor first deal all my own? Yes, i used my er isee. I was to buy a house that really wasn't ai money maker. My first real estate deal to make money was like a crack house that nobody in the whole place, the whole town wanted. A people re actually in this smoking crack when i bought the place. It was a foreclosern. And then i fixed it up, and i rented each apartment out in a duplex for probably 12 hundred a month each.
