And I think that's exactly where I've seen good strategies in play. The first example is a brand called CultureKings. They're based out of Australia but recently have done an expansion into the US. But they offered free shipping on their next order to Canadian customers if they bought more hats from them. It was very targeted towards me. A second example involved bedding company Cotton. Ben Ben Seal, he actually works at Shopify now,. He's the founder of the company, but he works at Shopifying.
