Impostors in Rome - Is That a Minority?
i want to talk a bit about that idea of minority, ecause i am very aware that we sit here two incredibly privileged white women. Some people do not have that privilege, and therefore endemically feel as though they are in a minority all the time,. Is that, in itself, a bit of a privilege? Because if you are a person of colour, some one who is marginalized in any way, and you are entering into a forum which has not been set up along principles that respect your difference, then it's the culture's fault and not the individuals. I suppose one of the problems with impostors in drome is that it might put the responsibility back on the individual
