The Importance of Having Both

Some gifted people like don't know how to make other people successful. When you try to make them a generalist, you move them into failure. If your internal satisfaction comes from doing it yourself, you'll be a specialist all your life. It's not the psychological limitation that holds people back. I'm absolutely convinced that Austin has all the intelligence, skillset and talent, to be a specialist and a generalist at the same time.
