The New Rule Stickiness

Every time you check something off your to-do list, you get a little treat subsidized by the federal government. So, hey, you paid rent brownie in the mail. You flossed? Yeah, right, you liar. No one does that anymore. It's 2023. Nobody does it. New rule stickiness is awesome. But are you saying I'm going to go forward basis the stickiness? Or is that what you're saying we come into this?
