He asks you to take a grid, so i'm using it on a google sheet, and you divide it into morning and then afternoon and an evening. And you decide your frequency, your emotional frequency, or your bibe, for each hour of every day. For example, or to day, i wanted to be in bliss in the morning. I wanted to feel love during the afternoon. So i divide my day into these three segments. I set the frequency, and do you take?
