Iron Deficiency Anemia - What Is the Cause of Bleeding?

He has no known family history of g i cancers, celiac disease or auto immune disease. On exam, he is a feberel heartwrighte in the sixties. His lungs are cleared of osclotation by laterly. No wheezes, rails or ronchi. He does have slight parlor, but doesn't have findings of severe iron deficiency anemia. The lack of this finding makes this diagnosis less lihkely.
