Silicon Valley Engineers Are Risk Takers

I think one of the things that people outside of Silicon Valley and haven't been here, don't realize is that it's not really that like, you know, people talk about Silicon Valley engineers being risk takers. And I think it's actually the opposite. It's the realization that if you go and try one of these things, and you're actually good at what you do, if it fails, it fails. You'll have a job the next day at somewhere else right? And you'll have this wealth of experience that people value. Just go try it.
