Each wear gets inspected twenty two different times in different angles. This isn't for any plate style or pots and pans yet. But we work with major ware manufactures, but they have customized the plates to work with our system. Speed is part of this equation, because i would assume the quicker you can turn around plates, the cheaper you can charge people per plate per use.
