How to Make Pies for TV Shows

David Walliams has made a few pies for TV shows. On the Great British Bake Off, he's had to do all different kinds of pastry. He did quite well with the pies, actually. In fact, there was one of our technicals we had to make a Moroccan pie using the Walker pastry - which is incredibly thin. But I also crucially knew what it is, because there's quite a lot of pies from all around the world where people aren't familiar with them.
