How to Appeal to the Local Community
Being part of the local community is hugely important. I've been complimented as being the king of Ethiopia for that area, which is a lovely compliment. You want people to not think about having to change their habits and go somewhere else. And you want them to feel connected in a relationship with you. For me, that's an important part of my role, is to be able to say hello to people and shake their hand and thank them for coming.
