The Four Disciplines of Execution

andy: I went through the four disciplines of execution about a year ago with my staff, which actually prompted part by a series of interviews you did on your leadership podcast. And i led my team through a retreat with it, and i'm like, please pick this one. But i didn't want to drive it right, right? And sure enough, after a day, they picked actly what i would have picked, and maybe got a little more aggressive with it. There has to be ownership for us to own, not just the decision. You make a decision, but that's the easy part. Now you got to gno, do all this work,. All these changes are
