The Limits of Consciousness

There is a sense of self that seems to survive death to an extent based on the feedback we have of people who get very very very very close and then come back. There's really no way for us to know how many times consciousness can be split into itself but there does seem to be several layers of what consciousness is it really isn't one thing. So I've even had people suggest that the reason why the population is so great on earth right now is because souls from the other side have chosen to manifest now. You could say it's the climax of a story. That's the transhumous agenda.
