The Book of Job in a Strange Way

All kinds of scientific fields get attributed to the book of Job in strange ways. Can you give us a taste maybe one or two examples of a writer taking up Job in a strange 17th century way? Yeah. Perhaps the best writer for this purpose might be Thomas Burnett who writes a sacred theory of the earth. And it's quite a bizarre text. It has some 8, 10 serious scientific responses to everyone. But his explanation comes from Job. This is an example of how Job is thought to speak to some scientific facets of the universe.
