Getting Critical Feedback From a Client
One of the better things I think that has come out of the score board for us to Dan is like during company meetings in the past, like we've talked about all the good things that are going on. And if they're really red, like if the majority of them are red or if one of them's red, that's really important to the organization. That could be the basis for like a one on one meeting. Yeah. One of our values is we're truth seekers. So like I think we have a lot of people in our company who enjoy challenges and enjoy getting critical feedback from a client.
