Are You Passionate About What You're Building?
Passion is objective. Do we really want to add more subjective criteria? It's hard when somebody says on a job description, they need to be passionate. I don't think it's something that would be a checkbox in an interview. But if you start to take passion and it takes away from the ability to be a team player, yeah, that would definitely be detrimental to the team.
