I think it's a combination of the of the bits. Just joining up the flow of data also adds value. The things that that kill you are where the application says something stupid or asks you to repeat things and then you lose confidence in it. I don't think anyone any customer sits back and goes, oh I really like the way I put five things in there. That's how I do it. And so that's where the detail of a customer experience is important.
