Ethiopia Is a Democracy Buried in the Horn of Africa

Ethiopia is on paper a democracy buried in a region full of dictators. The West are worried about certain countries funneling money into it so that you've got Turks putting money into various infrastructure projects but also supplying drones and military equipment to the Eritreans. I don't think I hold out a lot of hope for the West doing anything particularly strong this time around.
