Is It a Cover Versus a Concealment Thing?

I have watched of russian soldiers responding to contact. You have seen a lot of people in ambushes that they lost hiding behind vehicles, which, if it's an armored vehicle, definitely can protect you from small arm fire. And 'e seen shit like people hoading behind fucking fences, which is terrible to hide behind. Im failing to go to ground, which is always your best bet, is to kind of get behind a burm or something, get low to the fuckin groundi' It's interesting to me, a lot of the worst videos of responding to contact that i've seen on the Russian side have been their the rosgardia units. I'm not great
