The Immutable Power of History
I think sometimes people want to gloss over it a little too quickly. We have many things that we wish never happened, right? But we can't change that. So I think the key is to learn from it, acknowledge it, but then go, okay, you know what? One thing about history is it's immutable. And there is a point, and I do touch on this a little bit, that yes, a part of the healing process, someone will is likely to identify with that trauma in a way is part of the Healing Process.
