i'm going to invite you now, if it's ok, to to do a practice which explores this sense of connection. You could sit, you can stand. You might want to move a little bit and just checkit with what would be right for you right now. Also remembering your anchor points so knowing that at any point in the practice you can return to a sense of anchor if that feels right for you. Just inviting you now to really get comfortable sense of ground beneath feet, sense of body, sitting with intention to practice ar standing.
