In london, people get really mad about moving to the right on a train. But if i give them the benefit of the doubt, i can say, maybe they're a tourist. And then i feel more sympathy or empathy for their situation. This is also closely related to cultural misunderstandings. It's always important when dealing with people from other countries to give them thebenefit of the doubt and not assume they are rude. So there are some examples of why it's so important to give people the benefits of the doubt.
