Film Review - Sundance Lab

The first draft of the film was a more conventional script. The tension in the film came from their relationship, but I wanted it to be warm and intimate. It wasn't as explosive as I think it had been in that draft. And so the other major change that came out of the Sundance Lab, rather than making the film conform more to a traditional structure or three act narrative, I removed all of the tension that was within their relationship.
