iimean: A big part of that was just letting leadership understand, this is not just a design initiative. You never find a team more eager to adopt a design system than three persons,. scrappy team that's trys trying to get something off the ground. And that like 50 person product team that is like, well, resource and has a lot of different specific roll definition.
