Do You Remember the Separation of Church and State?

A football coach, a joseph kennedy, who was reprimanded by a public school strict for praying during football games. The court ruled that this amounted to a violation of this coach's freedom expression rights and essentially amounted to discrimination against religion. This is the court not only just picking sides between two parts of the first amendment, but really going a step beyond and rea putting ther their thumb on the scale toward one side while completely ignoring the other side.
