How to Achieve Satiety on a Low Carb Diet
Protein target is about one gram per one pound of body weight. There's probably a little latitude if your optimal number is truly 200 and you're only taking in 190. Some people, some people crave carbs a lot more than others. If I eat carbs, especially sugar and refined carbs, it causes an endless cycle of overeating. And so that was something that I needed to avoid.
