The hidden worker report underscores how the use of acontracting systems and and these rather blunta variable too filter and rank candidates, can have a effectat crowding out many people that are qualified for work. We don't collect identity metrics, and so they are not factored into how candidates are evaluated. Instead, we're extracting the skills that are required to perform in that particular role from your job description, and then we take the skill profile and match it against the skill profile of job seekers. So the job seeker skill profile is simply a reflection of the skills that were verified by third parties. It's about trusting that someone's going to be able to hit the ground running,
