Playing to Your Strength
Helen: I love the book so much because it's so practical, and i think people are goig to get so much from that. The first thing was playing to your strength. We're all really good at stuff, but we're probably not all good at everything,. Unless you're like some over achiever listening right ow. So i would always recommend that people spend around 80 % of their time making their strength stronger. And then 20% on tating any weaknesses that are relevant to your current role or something you'd like to do in the future.
