Is She Afraid of Being in Control?

i don't get the feeling that baldimore did it cause he was afraid. I feel like he did it because he liked being in charge. Ye, thats why i think she's diferent from baldimore. Yes, i was kind of just holding, holding up the cmparison. Cause she doesn't make a lot of orders. She doesn't tell to do that often, not as much as she could. Yet there's no way they could get out fast enough if she wanted to kill them all. Slik, she could get them to do whatever she wants, but she doesn't.
