In Canada, economy just always gets so oligopolistic. We don't like real capitalism here in Canada. Land Bank is really designed to serve sub-institutional investors who are 50 million plus on the asset and land size. There's this missing middle, economic missing middle, where there's deals that are too big for the small guys, too small for the big guys.
