We haven't seen the buy-in that we want to see. But there certainly is interest and I've been carrying around a bunch of standard for public codes here at the conference - people are almost grabbing them out of my arms. Have you noticed any massive cultural differences? Like is it harder to work with Finns or something? No, but what we have noticed is that the reasons for open source, even within the champions and the people who are passionate, it's very different even across Europe.
