The Importance of Syntactically Typing in Elm

Brock: Elm has a well-deserved reputation for being a language that's easy to learn and I very much want it to be the same way. But oftentimes it's like, you know, a higher kind of types come to mind. It's like that makes the type system more complicated and especially the ecosystem more complicated. Brock: You can say one language should have higher kinds than other language shouldn't but there are reasonable trade offs.
