How to Have an Unvarnished Conversation?

For me, personally, i couldn't care less if there's n error. I don't care. If there's a situation where it makes the message unclear, then i might ask a clarifying question. What about beauty? I mean, a beauteous objective. We have this bias towards wanting to listen to people who sound really good just like we want to look at people who are really beautiful. Does that mean that their ideas are better than the person who is ugly and can't speak eloquently? That's where we run into problems. So, so how do you have n unvarnished conversation?
