Don't suffer in silence. Go to your GP and rule out things like celiac disease or inflammatory bowel disease. Ask for a referral to a dietitian through the NHS you should get it for free. If you can afford it then go and see a private nutritionist or dietitian. I really do hope there's a lot of practical and easy to implement strategies in my book which I hope people kind of see as a first line before they feel like they need to fork out a lot of money.
