If you start planning, then it's the first step. Plan is going to get the rail, but without having a very clear plan. What i do see a lot of time is founders saying, well, i don't want to put too much ation, we hate it. My ex wisat hate it. We moved from a big company where we hated it. You can make it in a way that it doesn't smell, sound like a big organization. Hopefully i don't make it at a pipe thouh you have to askfor that. But you know, it's it. Let's all get alined.
