Is It a First Amendment to Pass Privacy Data Law?

i follow tristan harris in the centre for humane technology, in his efforts to try to rein rain things in. For example, americans don't have privacy, data, privacy protections as a matter of law. So that already sets us up at a disadvantage, because these companies can buy our likes and know which buttons we're more likely to respond to. And so we start with privacy data law, but then we need to really draws strong, ethical guide lines on what's going to harm people. Cause if you're watching a video on how to blow up, you know, a crowd of people with a suicide vest, that shouldn't be on social media.
