The Problem With Federalism

There are people who strongly believe the federalism argument that they are making all of these years and would make similar arguments whether we're talking about abortion or unfunded mandates. And I think those people would say, sure, if we need a national law, some federal law to limit the number of abortions, if that would work for us, we're for it now because what matters most is just limiting the number of Abortion in America.
