The Apple Watch Series 10: A Large Detour From Design Perspective
Apple has considered switching to a magnetic system for attaching Apple Watch bands, but Mark Gorman is not sure if this will make it to the watch X. People involved in the development of the new Apple watches say the system takes up a considerable amount of space. That could be better filled with a bigger battery or other components. But I have been saying for a while now, I was very much on the idea that they wouldn't break compatibility for a while.
