Is the Fed Declaring Victory Too Soon?
The odds are increasing that the Fed is declaring victory too soon, says CNN's Tom Foreman. Paul Volcker: The fact that he has said that is duffish in its own right. It gave a green light for financial conditions in the near term to continue to ease. And so that was an opening. They may look back on that and need to walk that back.
