It's both a motivator, but also a feedback loop. At the simplest level, it is just taking out e by five index card and deciding what the most important things are to you for that day. The idea is to do that before your day starts, whether it's the night before or that nor that morning. You put em on the card, and you put em in priority order. And then you just use a weighted score, where it's like, if you've got seven items on the cards, the very first item, which is the most important, is worth seven,.The second is worth six, and so on and so forth.
