How to Customize a Diligence Project

Chincho: I personally have yet to come across a truly cookie cutter project where you could essentially repackage a report's findings for another client and pass it off. Oftentimes the questions are just different enough where you've actually got to run a new project entirely. Because of the competitive nature of the process now, we're starting earlier,. maybe pre-management meeting, which occasionally results in our firm, either not getting through to the next round or deciding not to move forward. More often than not, the person still in the process has a different thesis such that we end up starting over.
