How to Stop Reacting to Your Anxiety

When we have anxiety, why i say to sit with it is a lot of times whire reacting to the anxiety which makes it a thousand times worse. Your body is where, if you notice, you feel the anxiety. You don't feel anxiety in your head. You feel it in your body. And so it's too really funy becaus my husband is a securely attached person, and got married again, and he's never had like, any of this at all. So being present for yourself, can you form a secure attachment to yourself, kind of through repanting? Ye. That's kind o how i feel. I've healed. I'm very secure in myself.
