Work-Life Balance

I'm trying to figure out a good a new work-life balance that kind of works with me doing everything Yeah, I'm not working myself to death or maybe I just might take a break anytime sometime soon. It actually been like two three years plus idea actually don't know. No conventions were my I mean conventions of work, right? Yes I remember the last day exit happened so 2019 I Distinctly remember the week before I was working so much that I thought like I was just a ready like fucking start crying I'm just like I can't do this.
