How Long Did It Take You Six Years to Write a Book?

Lying crest is a self publisher. They don't they don't follow the traditional publisher model or where they pay you in advance and they have control over everything. When I got the first draft of the book, it just didn't feel like my voice. And that whole process took, let's say, six months to a year.
